Quality of Audio: Users are responsible for providing clear and audible audio recordings. Poor audio quality may affect transcription accuracy.

Confidentiality: Users must ensure that the content of their dictations does not violate any confidentiality agreements or laws. We take no responsibility for the content provided by users.

4. Payment Terms

Fees: Our fees for the Services are as listed on our website or as agreed upon with the user through registration form.

Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

5. Turnaround Time

We aim to deliver transcriptions within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will inform users of any delays.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our users' information and transcriptions. We will not disclose, sell, or share your content with third parties unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All transcriptions produced by our Services are the intellectual property of Zodiac Infotech until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights transfer to the user.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the Services with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be paid in full immidiatley.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
